Our Story

Our journey started with a clear challenge: organisations struggled to manage complex, multi-country reward programs with outdated tools and siloed processes. We set out to change that by combining leading-edge technology with deep expertise in global compliance, financial reporting, and employee engagement.

Today, ShareForce empowers companies of all sizes – startups to multinationals – to design, launch, and administer their equity plans with total confidence. Our solution ensures compliance with international standards (including IFRS 2 and GAAP), delivers robust valuation and reporting, and provides participants with clear, easy-to-use portals to track their awards.
