Corporate Social Responsibility

ShareForce’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects are key to supporting our core value of making meaningful connections and contributing to society and the communities in which we operate. Our approach to CSR primarily focuses on upliftment and education.

ShareForce’s CSR strategy encompasses our commitment to operate in an ethical and transparent manner while striving to improve our social, environmental and economic well-being. Our goal is to create long-term value for all our stakeholders through responsible business practices.

01
Charitable contributions

Supporting initiatives that make a positive impact in our communities.

02

Volunteering

Encouraging our team members to give their time and skills to local causes.

03

Knowledge Sharing

Partnering with local organisations to share our expertise and resources.

Through these efforts, we bring this strategy to life, working hand-in-hand with local organisations to make a difference. We believe that by uplifting, empowering and educating hardworking, passionate individuals, they can realise their potential and give back to society.

“Together, we are investing in the future of our nation, one child at a time.”

Our Partnerships

At ShareForce, our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of our mission: We are proud to partner with Grow ECD to support women-owned small preschool businesses. Together, we aim to empower these educators and transform communities through high-quality early childhood education.

GROW ECD was launched in 2014 as part of the Taking Care of Business Group. Grow ECD is challenging the narrative in the Early Childhood Development (ECD) sector by treating preschool owners as social entrepreneurs. It was created on the premise that providing quality education is only possible if we empower women to run sustainable preschools: to equip ECD centre owners with the technology, skills, support and resources they need to provide 5-star early learning in every neighbourhood.

GROW ECD’s purpose is to increase self-esteem and agency among centre owners. As a result, they become determined to offer a quality service, use business principles to run a more professional centre, comply with legislation, and begin to understand that financial sustainability is a crucial part of their potential success.
